Tomlin has been with one team the longest of any coach in the NFL, since 2007.
In 17 seasons under Tomlin, the Steelers won seven division titles, made the playoffs 11 times, reached the Super Bowl twice, and won the Lombardi Trophy in 2008.
Last year, Pittsburgh made the playoffs with a 10-7 record despite changing three quarterbacks during the season.
